Place We Keep is a creation and personalization platform for designing location-based artworks and memory maps. Users will be able to create and personalize digital creations linked to places. Download and print options may be offered depending on service availability.

Place We Keep does not manufacture products directly. Printing and shipping, when ordered, are handled by trusted third-party providers.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use our paid services. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

When digital downloads are available, they are provided for personal use unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for storing and using downloaded files appropriately.

When the print service is available and an order is placed, you acknowledge that production and delivery may be carried out by specialized third-party partners. Delivery times, shipping costs, and availability may vary by destination. Product specifications and pricing will be presented before purchase when the service becomes available.

The Place We Keep brand, website design, software, and related materials are owned by Noor Labs Ltd or its licensors. Users retain ownership of the rights they hold in the content they upload or create, subject to any licenses necessary for Noor Labs Ltd to provide the service. Our tools, templates, and platform remain our property.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.

The website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. While we strive to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free at all times, particularly while the platform is in development.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noor Labs Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
